STORE KEEPER

Key Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.
• Issue materials to site workers and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Conduct regular stock-taking and audits to identify discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and notify procurement when materials need replenishing.
• Ensure that the store is kept clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and security procedures in the store.
• Generate inventory reports and submit them to management.
• Assist in waste control and material usage tracking to minimize losses.

Requirements:
• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Inventory Officer, or Warehouse Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, inventory software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Physical ability to handle materials and equipment when necessary.

SENIOR HSE OFFICER

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits on construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations and industry best practices.
• Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and site personnel.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols.
• Develop and maintain HSE reports, documentation, and performance metrics.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and auditors regarding HSE matters.
• Conduct emergency drills and implement emergency response plans.
• Drive continuous improvement in HSE performance across all company projects.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of HSE experience in the construction, civil engineering, or oil & gas industry.
• Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System).
• Excellent understanding of HSE laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and risk assessments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to promote a positive safety culture.
• Proficiency in HSE software and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and make strategic safety decisions.
